Ok, so I am just warning you. When you see these photos, and you see how absolutely adorable Jenny and Jacob are, you are going to fall in love with them.. but it will be too late for you…because they just got married.
Jenny and Jacob are both so sweet and kind. It’s no surprise that everyone involved in their wedding would be just as delightful. They planned an amazing wedding day on 10.10.10 at the Junior League of Bakersfield. This was my first time shooting at Junior League and I was quite impressed by the venue. Not to mention all the fun downtown spots we were close by. The couple opted to do a First Look so we had plenty of time for portraits! So many special personal touches went into making this day beautiful and fun for all involved. There was a photo booth, cotton candy machine, ring toss game, candied apples, and even a kissing booth where guests could write in lipstick on a mirror to share their wishes with the happy couple. Also, just an FYI, every soda taste better when you are drinking it out of an ice cold vintage bottle! I heard a few people joke, “Are we at a wedding or a carnival?!” That just shows how much fun they made it for their guests. It was such a beautiful and fun day. The perfect way for Jenny and Jacob to begin the first of many wonderful days together.
The night ended with a special Thriller dance for Jenny and Jacob.
