Tonight I took a drive up to Fresno to attend the opening reception for Gallery 25. My good friend Taylor Theis, who is a fellow artist and an amazing dancer, invited me to display some pieces in the exhibit. The theme was “Return to Innocence, Memories from Childhood.” So, I took a departure from photography for a change and created some mixed media pieces for the event. The pieces I created mainly consisted of melted crayon wax on wood panel. To make the night extra special Taylor choreographed a beautiful dance piece and Brad was part of the musical entertainment.
