What do you do when you have a great setting for a photo shoot and no model? Well, sometimes you gotta take one for the team. I have been dying to get some bridal shots while the beautiful water lilies are in bloom. However, I realized asking a girl to step into the mucky Kern River was a lot to ask. So, I strapped on my river shoes, called for back up and hopped in myself. Two members of my wedding team took these photographs of me in beautiful Oildale, CA. When you book a wedding with me you don’t just get me, but as you can see, I come with excellent back up. If they can make an awkward klutz like me look good, just imagine what we can do for you.
After the shoot I had to get my hand in on it too. Sometimes I love photo editing as much as I love actually taking the photos! I did some processing to give it a fairytale vintage look. There were a lot of good shots, but I’ll admit I am a bit addicted to the vintage texture right now. So, I picked out some to process that I thought went well together. Now, for my modeling debut…
